  • Therapy for Women in their 20s + 30s

Supporting you through all the ups and downs of early adulthood.

Your early adulthood years are supposed to be the best years of your life, but a lot of the time they just feel confusing. One minute you’re excited about the future, and the next you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, comparison, or that nagging feeling that you’re behind everyone else. Between work or school, relationships, family expectations, and social media, it’s a lot to carry.

In therapy, you get a private, supportive space to process what’s really going on. We’ll talk honestly about anxiety, self-worth, dating and relationships, people-pleasing, burnout, faith or values questions, and whatever else is on your mind.

My goal is for you to feel more grounded, more confident in who you are, and more at home in your own life, not like you have to perform for everyone else. We’ll work together to help you feel more confident and steady as you move through whatever life is throwing at you.building resilience and achieving a more fulfilling life.

  • Counseling for Teens

Helping teen girls build confidence, manage emotions, and navigate life’s challenges.

Being a teen girl today is a lot. There’s pressure to look a certain way, keep up socially, do well in school, handle friendships and drama, manage emotions, and somehow hold it all together. For many girls, this leads to anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, panic attacks, or feeling overwhelmed by big emotions.

Therapy gives teen girls a safe space to slow down, talk about what’s really going on, and feel understood. I help girls learn how to cope with anxiety, manage stress, build healthy friendships, set boundaries, and feel more confident in who they are. We work together to make sense of emotions, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop practical skills they can use every day.

My approach is warm, relatable, and supportive so that teen girls feel comfortable opening up and actually look forward to coming to therapy.

The Harbor Method:

What to Expect for Parents of Teens

Trusting someone else with your teen’s emotional world is a big step, and I do not take that lightly. My role is to create a safe, confidential space where your daughter can open up, while also partnering with you to support her well-being.

We'll agree on counseling goals that feel supportive and realistic - things like navigating friendships, managing anxiety, building confidence, or handling stress. Then we continue meeting consistently, adjusting as she grows and life shifts. Slow, steady progress is the goal.'
