Hi, I’m Nicole!
I love working with women and teen girls who need a safe, supportive space to process anxiety, self-confidence, and self-worth. If you’re longing to show up as your most confident self in your relationships: whether with a partner, friends, or family, I’m here to help.
Therapy with me feels like sitting down with a compassionate, non-judgmental friend - one who will listen intently, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and remind you of your strengths. I show up as my real, imperfect self and never expect my clients to be anything other than human. I bring warmth, humor, and honesty into our sessions, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.
When I’m not in the therapy office, you can find me on my peloton or on a walk with my husband and our dog, Hazel. I love being part of my church community and love slow mornings at local coffee shops (Billie’s is my fav right now). I’m also a big podcast fan; The Toast and Giggly Squad are my go-to listens for a daily dose of laughter and great reminder for me not to take life too seriously.
