Hey there.

I’m Nicole. I specialize in working with women and teen girls who need a safe, supportive space to process anxiety, self-confidence, and self-worth. If you’re longing to show up as your most confident self in your relationships—whether with a partner, friends, or family—I’m here to help.

Therapy with me feels like sitting down with a compassionate, non-judgmental friend—one who will listen intently, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and remind you of your strengths. I show up as my real, imperfect self and never expect my clients to be anything other than human. I bring warmth, humor, and honesty into our sessions, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

When I’m not in the therapy office, you can find me going for long neighborhood walks with my husband and our sweet (and very spoiled) dog, Hazel. I love slow mornings at local coffee shops, catching up with friends over an oat milk latte and getting lost in a good book. I’m also a big podcast fan—The Toast and Giggly Squad are my go-to listens for a daily dose of laughter and unfiltered fun.
