Being a girl is amazing, but it can also feel like too much. Between school or work, friendships, family expectations, social media, and trying to have it all together, it is no wonder anxiety and self-doubt show up. Therapy gives you, or your teen, a calm, supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you are feeling, and learn real tools that actually help.

In therapy, my job is to help you make sense of what you are thinking and feeling, and to support you as you try new ways of coping. Sessions are a mix of talking through what is hard right now, getting curious about why it feels that way, and practicing tools you can use in real life.

I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). In simple terms, that means we pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, and we work together to respond in ways that feel healthier and more like the version of you that you want to be.
